Fruit Smoothies

Servings: 5 servings

Serving Size: (1/5 of a recipe)
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
1 (8-ounce) carton strawberry banana yogurt
1 small banana, cut up
1 cup fresh whole strawberries
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple packed with juice, chilled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup ice cubes
Halved fresh strawberries (optional)
Instructions
Chill can of EAGLE BRAND®. In blender container, combine EAGLE BRAND®, yogurt, banana, whole strawberries, pineapple with its juice and lemon juice; cover and blend until smooth. With blender running gradually add ice cubes, blending until smooth. Garnish with halved strawberries (optional). Serve immediately.
Notes: Variations: Peach Smoothies: Omit strawberries and pineapple. Add 2 cups frozen or fresh sliced peaches. Proceed as above. Key Lime Smoothies: Omit strawberries, pineapple and lemon juice. Add 1/3 cup lime juice. Proceed as above. Tint with green food coloring if desired. Garnish as desired.

Orange Pineapple Punch: A fun punch for Halloween when served in a festive bowl. But, also a great tasting punch you can make easily and serve year round. Especially nice in the summer heat.
Servings: Makes 4 quarts
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (2-liter) bottle orange soda, chilled
Orange sherbet (optional)
Instructions
In punch bowl, stir together EAGLE BRAND®
and pineapple juice; add orange soda.
Top with sherbet (optional) and serve over ice (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
Notes: Tip: Orange­ Pineapple Punch is a great flavor for any time of year. Top punch bowl with mint leaves or fresh cut orange slices for a refreshing taste. Other Cool Treats: Pour leftover punch into ice-cube trays and freeze. Flavored ice-cubes can be chopped in blender. Spoon mixture into ice-cream bowls. Serve immediately. Enjoy eating this new twist on orange creamsicle crush ­ cool new frozen treat!

Golden Snacking Granola
Servings: About 2 1/2 quarts Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 55-60 minutes

Ingredients
2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups slivered almonds or coarsely chopped walnuts
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup banana chips (optional)
1 cup raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300ºF. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except banana chips and raisins; mix well.
Spread evenly in aluminum foil-lined 15x10-inch jellyroll pan or baking sheet.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in banana chips (optional) and raisins.
Cool completely. Store leftovers tightly covered at room temperature.
